Shot- gun snap

The shot gun snap is a very critical part to the offensive side of the ball. Without the snap the quarterback who distributes the ball to a skills position, either a wide reciever, tight end, or running back will be unable to do so. The four critical elements are very easy. Starting with the legs shoulder width apart, knees bent slightly over the feet, dominant hand on the football out infront of you, and finnaly the snap must be accurate with the correct amount of speed. The speed should not be too fast to were the person is unable to catch it, but fast enough so that the ball gets back their for the quarterback to go through the proper reads.
